Shipping: All shipping is 2-5 day First Class Mail. Costs depend on total amount ordered. Bambino Boutique is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Bambino Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Any items returned to Bambino Boutique due to a buyer’s insufficient address or change of mind, will incur extra shipping charges & any & all paypal fees. Buyer’s item will not ship until extra charges have been paid through paypal.
Can I return my custom made merchandise?
Since we make our merchandise to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made to an item. In cases where we have made a mistake, we will send out a corrected replacement. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of merchandise receipt. If you are uncertain about a particular item, please contact us before ordering since you will be unable to return for a refund once the item is custom made.
Do you take personal checks or money orders?
Yes, please mail to Bambino Boutique 7024 E. Osborn Road, Scottsdale, Az. 85251. Merchandise will not be made until check has cleared.
Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are custom made based on customer's instructions at the time of ordering. If an order has started in production and you wish to cancel, customer will be responsible for any and all costs incurred by Bambino Boutique.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most embroidered items will take 1-2 weeks to ship. Please take this into consideration when ordering for a special occasion. If gifts are needed sooner, please email us to see if we can accommodate the request.
